Owners Margaret Beardslee and Michelle Garraway bring over 50 years of experience to the shop.

Margaret Beardslee (nee Ricardo) owned and operated the original Talays Runners Shop in Randwick with Bob Talay. Michelle managed the Ultimo store in 1984.

Margaret is two times World Age Champion in Duathlon, and World Champion in this years Masters Games 50+ Half Marathon. She continues to successfully coach middle to long distance runners, duathletes and triathletes as she has for the last 10 yrs.

Both Margaret and Michelle have had long time involvement with Athletics on the Central Coast. Both were inaugural members of Mingara Athletics Club. Maragaret continuing on to coach there, Michelle assisted in Terrigal Little A's for 8 yrs while her children attended.

The shop prides itself in fitting customers to the very best shoe for their needs.
